No account to delete

Alamat Clash does not require login or account registration. Based on the stated current design, the game does not create a registered profile tied to a name, email address or phone number. Therefore there is no Alamat Clash account-deletion button or account-closure procedure.

Delete game information from your device

To clear progress, preferences and other locally stored game information on Android:

1. Open your phone's Settings.
2. Go to Apps and select Alamat Clash.
3. Open Storage or Storage & cache.
4. Select Clear storage / Clear data (wording varies by Android device), then confirm.
5. You may also uninstall the game to remove the application and its local data.

Important: Clearing storage can permanently remove locally saved progress and settings. Files held in device/cloud backups may require separate deletion through the backup service.

Online multiplayer and room data

If you play internet-connected matches, temporary session data and technical connection information may be handled by the servers or connectivity providers used to establish or operate a game room. Such information is not necessarily linked to a registered user account.

If you believe the game operator or a service provider holds data concerning you, contact us through the developer contact channel below. Please explain the room/session and approximate date, but do not send passwords, ID documents, or other sensitive personal information. We will review requests concerning data under our control and explain if a provider's separate process is necessary.

For inquiries about removing any information believed to be held by Rick Mackay Web Application Services, write to thecircuitstudio@gmail.com. If there is no centrally stored player record associated with the provided details, we will explain that rather than promising deletion of data that is not held.

Other platforms

Google Play, Android, your internet provider and any integrated networking or third-party services may handle data under their own policies. Deleting local game data does not automatically delete records separately held by those providers.
