These Terms of Service describe the rules for using the Alamat Clash game and this official informational website. By installing or using the game, you agree to follow these terms to the extent allowed by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
What Alamat Clash provides
Alamat Clash is a fantasy MOBA inspired by Philippine history and folklore. It includes hero-based matches, offline AI practice, configurable cameras, progression, customization and online or nearby multiplayer features as supported by your game version.
Features, rewards, balancing, maps, online support and compatibility may change in updates. Screenshots and promotional artwork may depict a development version.
No required account
The game is designed for play without a registered account or sign-in. If a future release introduces login, account-based features or different data practices, the terms and privacy notice will be updated before the feature is offered.
Fair play and conduct
When using multiplayer features, you agree not to cheat, harass others, attempt to disrupt matches or services, exploit security vulnerabilities, abuse room codes, impersonate other players, or interfere with another person's device or connection.
We may change gameplay or limit access to particular online features when reasonably needed to address abuse, protect the game or maintain the service.
Game content and intellectual property
The game's original graphics, gameplay presentation, logo, software and other creative content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules and belong to the relevant rights holders. You may use the game for personal entertainment as permitted by the app distribution platform. You may not resell, redistribute, or copy protected game assets without permission.
The inclusion of historical figures and folklore creatures is for imaginative entertainment and does not indicate endorsement by a government institution or historical organization.
Virtual items and purchases
Alamat Clash may contain virtual currencies, cosmetics, skins, rewards and unlockable in-game items. These are game features, not legal tender and do not represent a cash balance.
Any future real-money transactions, if introduced, will be governed by the applicable store's billing rules and separately disclosed purchase terms. This website does not process payments.
Availability and updates
The game is provided as available, subject to maintenance, device compatibility, network quality and applicable platform requirements. Internet multiplayer requires working networking services; offline AI practice is intended to operate without internet. We may improve, change or discontinue a feature as reasonably necessary.
Safety and security
Do not use modified clients, automation tools, exploits, or network techniques that interfere with legitimate play. Never share private personal information with strangers while using any communication feature. Internet connectivity may involve carrier charges outside our control.
Disclaimer and limitations
We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable game but cannot promise that every feature will be available without interruption or error. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for losses arising solely from service outages or unsupported device configurations. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine or other applicable consumer laws.
Changes to terms
These terms may be amended as the game evolves. Material revisions will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an applicable change indicates acceptance where permitted by law.
